When you've got to come from North, South, East or West for a meeting, why not meet in the middle - at Ross?

Ross Bakery Stables Logo Our Stables meeting room is ideal for business and social meetings for up to around 20 people. We can supply whiteboards, VCR, overhead projector and screen, and do all your catering.
The renovated sandstone stables behind our Bakery make an ideal function venue.


We have paid special attention to creating a bright airy feeling whilst allowing the character of these lovely old buildings to stand out; large skylights give plenty of natural light and multi-hued sandstone walls complement the natural slate flooring.




Prices and catering arrangements.

  • Room hire $100 plus $8.50 a head – including GST.
  • Includes self service tea, coffee & filtered water and light bakery goodies for morning tea
  • Lunches from our Bakery Menu or we can prepare a selection to your order.
  • We can supply vegetarian and foods made from gluten-free recipes.
  • We are licensed to sell beers and wines with meals.
  • Please note that we do not allow guests to bring their own food and liquor
